Excel Modelling Best Practice is designed to ensure that teachers are aware of industry best practice in Excel spreadsheet development so that they can inform and assess their students appropriately. It covers workbook design, modelling principles and key Excel functions, formulae and functionality to enable teachers to enhance pupils’ use of Excel in modelling.

I have used spreadsheets for 25 years and deliver commercial training courses. Having developed many complex Excel models, there are a number of techniques and design principles which make a good spreadsheet model stand out.
